Frequently asked questions

What counts as a monitor?

One URL checked on a schedule. A client's homepage, their checkout page and their API health endpoint are three monitors. Free includes 5 monitors, Pro includes 25.

Can I white-label the status pages?

Yes — on Pro, status pages and PDF reports carry your agency name, colour and logo instead of ours. Each client gets their own status page URL you can share with them.

How fast will I get alerted when a site goes down?

Pro checks every 60 seconds; the free plan checks every 5 minutes. When a check fails we re-check after 15 seconds to rule out network blips, then alert you by email or Slack — so a real outage reaches you in about a minute on Pro.

Is there a free trial of Pro?

The free plan is free forever — no card, no expiry — so you can try the product as long as you like. Upgrading to Pro takes effect immediately, and you can cancel anytime.

What happens if I cancel Pro?

Your subscription stops renewing but stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that you move to the free plan; your monitors and history are kept.
